When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I shall not be afraid. What can flesh do to me?
Psalm 56:3–4
In these verses, we see that when David is in times of hardship, he tends to trust that God will have mercy on him, and he desperately wants God in his life more than anything.
We should all try to keep this mentality in our everyday lives to the best of our ability.

Thank you! When we turn to God with our fears, He drives them away. What can flesh do to who we are in Christ? Nothing.
