Immediately the father of the child cried out and said, “I believe; help my unbelief!”
Mark 9:24
This verse in Mark chapter 9 is an example of doubt in the bible. The man doesn’t have enough faith for his son to be healed so he begs Jesus for help with his unbelief.
Doubt is a common struggle throughout the bible.
This verse is encouraging because it shows that Jesus will help us through our doubts and unbelief. We don’t have to have it all together for Jesus to help us, all we have to do is ask him.

Many times I have had unbelief but have kept pulling myself back and remind
myself “look what God has done for you”. I think we all do this, up and down.
Asking for help always works. God as our Father wants to help us, it is His pleasure to give us the kingdom by His grace in Christ!
Admitting we need help is the first step to receiving. And receive we will.
Thanks
